Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my own water bottles to your re-fill station?
Yes, of course! This is how we save you money. We highly recommend that the container be clean and for drinking water use only. We highly discourage the re-use of milk and juice bottles.
How much will it cost to fill my water bottle?
The price of a gallon of purified drinking water is 40¢. The price is the same in our refill station inside or our outside vending machines.
Alkaline water is only $1 per gallon.
Do you deliver?
We do not have delivery for water bottles. You save, on average, about 75% over water bottle delivery by bringing your water bottles and refilling them yourself in our water store.
How do you purify your drinking water?
Does your drinking water have chlorine?
No. That is what we strive to remove from the water, among many other things. We also do not add anything to the water, like minerals or fluoride. Learn more about our purification system.
Does your drinking water test to any standards?
Yes. We are regulated by the Washoe County District Health Department and are required to submit water samples. We also conduct our own independent water testing with a state certified laboratory.
Do you accept debit/credit cards?
Yes, when you make your purchase inside the store. Our outside vending machines accept coins (nickels, dimes, quarters, 1 dollar coins) and bills ($1, $5, $10 and $20).
After using your vending machines I got these large coins. Where is my change?
Our machines use $1 US coins to vend change. They are valid U.S. currency. Many of our customers enjoy collecting the coins as there is currently a Presidential $1 Coins program at the US Mint, with 4 new coins being minted each year.
