Can I bring my own water bottles to your re-fill station?
Yes, of course! This is how we save you money. We highly recommend that the container be clean and for drinking water use only. We highly discourage the re-use of milk and juice bottles.

How much will it cost to fill my water bottle?
The price of a gallon of water is 35¢. Multiply 35¢ by the number of gallons your water bottle holds. The price is the same in our refill station inside or our outside vending machines.

Do you deliver?
No. You save, on average, about 75% over water bottle delivery by bringing your water bottles and refilling them yourself.

How do you purify your drinking water?
We use a process called Reverse Osmosis. Learn more about Reverse Osmosis.

Does your drinking water test to any standards?
Yes. We are regulated by the Washoe County District Health Department and are required to submit water samples. We also conduct our own independent water testing with a state certified laboratory.

Do you accept debit/credit cards?
Yes we accept MasterCard, Visa and debit cards in our refill station inside. Our outside vending machines only accept coins (nickels, dimes, quarters, 1 dollar coins) and bills ($1 and $5).

After using your vending machines and getting my change, I noticed I got these large gold coins. Where is my change?
The large coins are $1 US Coins. To make giving you your change easier, our machines dispense large amounts in $1 US coins. They are valid - and can be used anywhere else you use your hard earned money.
