Can I bring my own water bottles to your re-fill station?
Yes, of course! This is how we save you money. We highly recommend that the container be clean and for drinking water use only. We urge you not to reuse milk and juice bottles.

How much will it cost to fill my water bottle?
The price of a gallon of water is 35¢. Multiply 35¢ by the number of gallons your water bottle holds. The price is the same inside our store or outside at the water teller machine.

Do you deliver?
No. You save, on average, about 75% over water bottle delivery by bringing your water bottles into our re-fill station.

How do you purify your drinking water?
We use a process called Reverse Osmosis. Learn more about Reverse Osmosis.

Does your drinking water test to any standards?
Yes. We are regulated by the Washoe County District Health Department and are required to submit water samples. We also conduct our own water testing with a state certified laboratory.

Do you accept debit/credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa & Mastercard.
